ELBOW & FOREARM

Golfer’s elbow

Pain on the inside of the elbow that can affect gripping and lifting.

Understanding pain on the inside of the elbow

Golfer’s elbow, or medial epicondylitis, affects the tendon area on the inner elbow. Symptoms can occur with repeated wrist movements and gripping in sport, work or daily life.

What you might notice

  • Inner elbow aching
  • Discomfort with gripping or lifting
  • Forearm stiffness or weakness

A conversation about your needs.

We will ask about wrist movements, lifting and repetitive tasks, along with any previous diagnosis or care. You do not need to play golf to have these symptoms.

What your visit looks like

The arm is supported so the inner elbow can be accessed comfortably. Tell us about tenderness and any tingling before treatment begins.

We bring the equipment to you. A first visit reserves 30 minutes for consultation and treatment; follow-ups reserve 20 minutes.

Your next steps

Discuss what you want your arm to do more comfortably, and how you will review progress alongside existing care.

Suitability and results vary. This technician-provided service does not replace medical diagnosis or a rehabilitation plan.
